How to use:

1. Apply the jelly remover to the base of the lash extensions you wish to remove, using a microbrush or flocked applicator.
2. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then gently remove the lashes. Wipe off the jelly remover with a dry applicator. Repeat until all extensions slide off.
3. Using a dry applicator or lint-free glue wipe, ensure all remover residue and any traces of glue are thoroughly wiped away.
4. Have your client tilt their head to the side, then gently wash the lashes and eye area with lash cleanser. Ensure no residue seeps into the eyes.

Precautions:

  • Ensure your clients’ eyes remain fully closed throughout the removal process.
  • Avoid direct contact with your clients’ skin and eyes.
  • Strictly for professional use only. Do NOT use it on your own eyes.

When will my order be shipped?

If you place an order before the cut-off time (12 PM AEST), it will be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.

How long will my shipment take to arrive?

All US orders are shipped via DHL Express. The shipping time is 2-4 business days after dispatch. Orders over $129 USD qualify for free express shipping. For orders under $129 USD, shipping charges will be applied based on the total weight of the order. The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
