If you place an order before the cut-off time (12pm AEST) it will be processed and shipped that same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day.

We ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.

Tracking details will be provided for all orders. You will be sent an email shortly after your order has been dispatched, so you can see where it is at all times.

If you have any questions regarding the estimated delivery timeframe of your order, we highly recommend that you contact the courier company.

We aim to pack and ship out your order as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, send us an email at admin@lashjungle.com as soon as possible with your order number.

We’ll try our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

We restock our items on a regular basis.

So you don't miss out next time, select the style and size you would like on the product page and then hit the 'Notify Me When Back In Stock' button that appears.  Enter your email to be notified as soon as the product is available for purchase again.

At this time, we do not have a physical store for customers to visit or pick up orders from. All orders must be placed online.

If your discount code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
- You’ve already used the code. Most of our discount codes can only be used once.
- The items aren’t eligible. All our discount codes are valid on full-priced items only.
- Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. However, if you have a gift card (store credit), you can use it together with the discount code.

If you still have issues with the code, please try a different browser or device to place your order.

Once you have signed up to the mailing list, your 10% discount code will be sent to you immediately. If you’re having trouble locating the email, please double-check your inbox as well as junk/spam folders.

Before you can redeem your lash cash, you will need a minimum of 3,000 in lash cash.

To redeem, log into your account and click on the lash cash menu. Next, click on “Ways to Redeem” – you’ll see a Redeem button next to the rewards. After clicking the button, you’ll receive a coupon code that can be used on your next purchase with us.

There are loads of ways to earn lash cash, including signing up, placing an order, writing a product review, and following, liking and sharing us on social media.

Please send an email to admin@lashjungle.com, containing your order number, full name, and advise which items are missing or incorrect. It would also be great if you could include images of the package, items, and the paper invoice that it came with. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and make things right for you.

We always make sure that all products are delivered in perfect condition, however; unfortunately, parcels may be mishandled during transit.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to us with your order number, full name, and the specific item that you believe is faulty. Give us as much detail as possible about the issue you are experiencing. If possible, a short video would be fantastic. You can send it to us on our Instagram page @lash_jungle if it's easier. We'll do everything we can to make it right for you!
