What are Premade Spike Lashes?
Premade spikes are handmade fans that have not been fanned, also known as "wet lash" or "unfanning" in the lash industry. They consist of four to five 0.07 individual lashes bonded together to create a super dark and dramatic look. These fans are handmade with precision using high-quality Korean PBT, which is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. The spikes in the wispy fans are 2mm-3mm longer, creating that textured strip-lash like look that everyone loves. Our trays come in a variety of sizes (9mm to 17mm) and we offer them in both C and D curl, making it easy to suit any client.
How to Create a Wispy Volume Lash Set
Applying premade spike lashes is easy and fast, making them great for beginners. Simply place around 10 spikes on each eye and fill in the gaps with premade volume fans that are about 3mm shorter. If you are using Wispy Premade fans that have built-in spikes already, you just need to apply them like you would for a normal classic set. It's as simple as that!
What is the Difference Between Wispy and Hybrid Lashes?
Wispy volume lashes are usually created by using longer and shorter lashes in a pattern to create a textured, perfectly imperfect look. The result looks like a strip of lashes. They are also great for adding volume and length to your lashes while maintaining a natural look. Hybrid lashes, on the other hand, are a mix of classic and volume lashes, normally done with consistent length throughout the set, where individual lashes are placed alongside volume fans to create the look between a classic and volume look. Therefore, it's amazing for those clients who want a bit more volume than a classic set and yet are not keen on trying the dramatic volume lash look yet.

These fans are crafted from high-quality, synthetic PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) fibre, known for its durability, flexibility, and natural appearance. PBT fibre is soft to the touch, resistant to deformation, and holds curls well, ensuring that the extensions maintain their shape and integrity over time.
To apply these fans, first isolate a single natural lash with lash tweezers. Dip the base of the fan into a lash extension adhesive, then place the fan onto the isolated natural lash at the base, ensuring it adheres securely. Hold it in place for a few seconds to allow the adhesive to set, then release gently. Repeat the process until all natural lashes are covered.
