Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy:

Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy which commences on the day you received the item
If a product is damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund.
For returns, you may send a message on contact us page or an email to admin@lashjungle.com with the subject 'Returns'. Please include the following: Your Order Number, Full Name and Reason for the return.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.
To be eligible for a return under our Change of Mind policy, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and returned to us at your own cost.
To return damaged or faulty goods, please attach a photo evidencing any faults with the item you received.
