When will my order be shipped?
If you place an order before the cut-off time (12 PM AEST), it will be processed and shipped the same day. Otherwise, your order will be shipped the next business day. We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding VIC public holidays.
How long will my shipment take to arrive?
All US orders are shipped via DHL Express. The shipping time is 2-4 business days after dispatch. Orders over $129 USD qualify for free express shipping. For orders under $129 USD, shipping charges will be applied based on the total weight of the order. The full shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Get it! 🙏 This cleanser is so gentle and super foamy! It also stays foamy unlike other cleansers that dissolve almost instantly when applied to the eye area. I've been using this lash shampoo for the last couple of weeks and it is SO good for my sensitive skin! I used to use shampoo from my lash tech, but I developed eczema on my eyelids because the formula was too harsh and it stung my eyes. I don't experience any irritation when I use this! The sizing of the bottle is so generous and shipping was super fast. Highly recommend if you have sensitive skin/eyes :))
