Eyelash Extension Remover FAQs

How do I use lash extension remover? 

For a full removal: Apply a generous amount of remover to the extensions using a micro brush or flocked applicator. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes (depending on the formula), then gently slide the extensions off. Always remove any residue and cleanse the natural lashes thoroughly before reapplying extensions. 

For a partial removal: Apply a small amount of remover to the base of the lash extensions you want to remove, using a micro brush or flocked applicator. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then gently remove the lashes. Wipe off the remover with a dry applicator. Repeat as needed until all desired extensions slide off. Using a lint-free glue wipe, make sure all remover residue and glue traces are completely wiped away. 
Can I use lash remover on myself? 

No. Our lash removers are for professional use only. Using them without proper training can result in chemical burns, irritation, or injury to the eye area.
Can I apply a new set of extensions immediately after removal?

Yes, but only after thoroughly removing all traces of remover and cleansing the lashes. Make sure the natural lashes are clean, dry, and free from residue before applying a new set. Also, always assess the condition of your client’s natural lashes before proceeding with a new set.
